Discovery Session
To kick off the project, we began with researching and analyzing the business objectives, stakeholders' expectations, and user base. We conducted a discovery session interview with the project's founder to establish the initial scope, creative direction, and UX approach.

• The founder was convinced that this product segment had a niche opportunity and potential to thrive in the region.
• The app will have unique features that will distinguish it from competitors. It will foster trust between buyers and sellers while targeting the Saudi market for faster logistics and community building. A money-back guarantee will also be offered.
